Grievance Redressal:

If the customer wants to register a grievance, the customer can contact us through any mode as given underneath:

1. Customer Call Center: Customer can call us on 0261-4025000 from Mon to Fri - 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturdays - 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Customer Care will not be available on 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month.

IRDAI Grievance Cell

If the customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided, the customer has the option to approach the Authority, through any mode as given underneath:

1. Register the complaint with the Integrated Grievance Management System (IGMS) -IRDAI Portal at https://igms.irda.gov.in.

2. Send an email on complaints@irdai.gov.in.

3. Call on the Toll Free No. 155255 or 1800 4254 732.

Apart from the above options, if it is felt necessary by the complainant to send the communication in physical form, the same may be sent to IRDAI addressed to :
